Kendra E Laguna was born in Livonia, MI. She grew up in Walled Lake, MI with her mom, dad and younger brother. Kendra knew from a young age that she saw, felt and heard things differently that those around her. Growing up she was interested in many things, horses, ballet, playing violin, writing, photography and more… always a student, always trying to learn as much as she could.

She moved to Arizona in 2008 with her son after her marriage fell apart. She began a new life, in a new state, with new goals. Finding her voice, learning how to be a single parent and fully embracing the gifts that she had repressed for so long. She found mentors in Sunny Dawn Johnston & Susanne Wilson; they helped her develop her intuition and connection to spirit. She learned about Reiki from a classmate and began studying with Susanne Wilson as soon as she could. She became a Reiki Level I & II practitioner in 2015, using her Reiki to help her father manage his pain after an emergency quadruple bypass. She continued her intuitive, medium and Reiki development, when in 2017 her father was diagnosed with Stage IV cancer her life took a drastic turn. She used Reiki to help him fight nausea, pain and in the end, used it to help him transition.

Since 2015 she has obtained her Reiki Master Teacher certification, Holistic Nutrition Certification, has become a Mind Body Spirit Practitioner and is completed her Clinical Hypnotherapist Certification in 2019. Using all of these modalities, she is able to help people on not only a spiritual level, but full understands the body and mind.

She now lives in New River, AZ with her wonderful husband, son, daughter, 2 dogs, a cat, 2 hamsters and two goldfish. Helping people heal is her passion. She has a deep empathy for those that she works with and is always willing to listen.
